It also indexes law books published since 1993. To use this index you must first place a checkmark in the box selecting this title, even though it is the only one to which the Law Library subscribes. HeinOnline
HeinOnline is another source for periodical articles in full text. Produced by William S. Hein & Co., a major legal publisher and distributor, the purpose of HeinOnline is to provide electronic access to pre-1980 legal periodical literature which is generally not available from any other online source, although more recent articles are also included. This is a new service, so it is continually growing, including articles from more titles. It is searchable by journal title, article title, author, and full text. Available databases: Code of Federal Regulations, English Reports, European Center for Minority Issues, Federal Register Library, Foreign & International Law Resources Database, Law Journal Library, Legal Classics, Philip C. Jessup Library, Session Laws, Treaties and Agreements Library, U.S. Attorney General Opinions, U.S. Federal Legislative History Library, U.S. Presidential Library, U.S. Statutes at Large, and the U.S. Supreme Court Library.

CIS Congressional Universe
CIS Congressional Universe provides comprehensive access to United States legislative information which is available from the publisher, Congressional Information Service, Inc. (CIS). Congressional information, including hearings and reports, is available in full text; the Serial Set goes all the way back to 1789. This is an excellent resource for compiling federal legislative histories or for researching the changes and attempted changes in federal laws.
