GETTING INVOLVED AT
LOYOLA
The Office of Career Services is always seeking
alumni to
assist with a variety of programs. In addition to the
Loyola Law LINK Network, alumni can get involved in:
Networking Receptions
When you were a student, you may remember that it was sometimes difficult
to make that first contact with a potential career mentor. Our networking
receptions provide a casual setting where students and alumni may meet and
talk with one another. This gives students the opportunity to learn more
about you, and to discover how they can build mutually beneficial
relationships.
Career Success Luncheons
Prefer to network in a more intimate setting? Try participating in one of
our career-success luncheons. Typically, a career mentor discusses their
career path with 10-15 students during lunch. Student questions usually
lead to lively discussion!
Alumni Information Panels
Several events throughout the year feature our alumni. You could be one of
them! Whether speaking about your experiences as a Loyola Law student or
about your challenges and successes since then, the alumni panel is an
important element in our offering. Loyola alumni are also an important
part of new student orientation by providing valuable information to new
students. Join one of our panels today. To find out how you can become an
Alumni Career Mentor Network speaker, contact the Office of Career
Services. If you prefer to speak about your specific area of practice, you
can also help by joining one of our Law Practice Specialty Series
information panels. Additionally, visit our alumni
page for more
information on alumni involvement at Loyola.
