Alumna with McGlinchey Stafford Take New Roles at Association for Women Attorneys

Associates with McGlinchey Stafford will serve top roles at the Association for Women Attorneys for the next year.  Hillary Barnett Lambert, M.B.A./J.D. ’12, has been elected president of the Association.  Camille Bryant, J.D. ’13, has been appointed Programs Committee chairperson.  Both will serve one year terms in those roles.  Lambert previously served AWA’s vice president and co-chaired the AWA’s annual Food & Funds Challenge, a fundraiser for Second Harvest Food Bank.  Bryant also previously co-chaired the AWA’s annual Food & Funds Challenge.

At McGlinchey Stafford, Bryant defends and counsels clients in employment discrimination matters for both union and non-union work forces, assisting with matters involving collective bargaining, grievance handling, working within the framework of a union contract, and other general legal counsel. She has defended manufacturers of heavy equipment, automobiles, and other consumer products in products liability matters and has experience in medical malpractice defense.

Lambert advises clients in connection with revolving and term loan facilities, construction loans, letter of credit facilities, and restructurings. She also represents community development districts and economic development districts in connection with real estate development and infrastructure finance and advises institutional investors in the municipal finance area.
