1998 Alumni Brian Klebba Honored by Metropolitan Crime Commission

Brian M. Klebba, J.D. ’98, is the chief of the Fraud Section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and was recently awarded the Metropolitan Crime Commission’s 2017 Excellence in Law Enforcement Award.  The honor recognizes his work in the successful prosecution and conviction of Walter Reed, the former district attorney for St. Tammany Parish. Reed was convicted of 18 counts of corruption and fraud by a jury in a New Orleans federal court in May 2016.
